Privacy policy

This site is operated by David Asenov, freelance software engineer, Varna, Bulgaria. Contact: contact@davidasenov.com.

What is collected. When you send an inquiry, the form stores your name, email, phone (if given), the service and kind of business you chose, your budget range, your message, the time of your consent, and the page or campaign that brought you here. Nothing else is collected through the form.

Why. Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we start working together, to prepare an offer. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties.

How long. Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless they became part of a contract, in which case they are kept as the law requires.

Analytics. The site uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify visitors. It records the page visited, the referring site and the country, in aggregate.

Your rights. You can ask what data is stored about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@davidasenov.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
